Our Approach

At Speech & Swallow Group, we are passionate about providing holistic services that empower our adolescents and adults with communication and swallowing difficulties. We have developed three fundamental pillars that guide our therapy approach.

1. Establish Connection and Prioritise Wellbeing.

We understand that creating a strong connection & a sense of safety is essential for effective therapy. From the moment you walk through our doors, we prioritise your wellbeing and comfort.

2. Collaboration and Person-Centred Therapy

Your goals are at the heart of our therapy process. We believe in a collaborative approach to identify your unique aspirations and challenges. In each session, we continuously practice and refine personalised & functional strategies.

3. Empower You to Integrate into Your Daily Life

Our ultimate goal is to empower you to integrate what you've learnt in therapy into your everyday life. We celebrate your successes, no matter how big or small, & support you in reaching your full potential in communication & swallowing.

We are a Neurodiversity Affirming Practice
